3. Structural Damage
Cleaning areas with severe water damage, smoke damage, or fire residue.
Crumbling walls, ceilings, or areas that are structurally unsafe.
4. Outdoor Cleaning
Exterior windows above the first floor (unless specifically arranged).
Garage or shed cleaning beyond surface tidying.
Driveways, patios, or heavy-duty outdoor cleaning (e.g., pressure washing).
5. Heavy-Duty Cleaning Beyond Residential Scope
Industrial or factory-level cleaning.
Hoarding cleanup requiring specialized equipment or biohazard considerations.

6. Personal Items

Refund Policy for MY HOME RIGHT
At MY HOME RIGHT, we are committed to providing exceptional services that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a clear and fair refund policy to address your concerns.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review by our management team.
A valid proof of payment (receipt or invoice) is required.

Exceptions to Refunds:
Refunds may not be provided for services already rendered if the work was completed according to agreed-upon standards.
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or cancellations without prior notice as per our Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy for MY HOME RIGHT
At MY HOME RIGHT, we understand that schedules can change. To accommodate our clients while ensuring smooth operations, we have outlined our cancellation and rescheduling policy as follows:
Rescheduling Appointments:
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled time without any penalty.

Late Rescheduling or Cancellation:
Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $25.00 late re-scheduling fee.
For no-shows or cancellations without prior notice, up to a 50% refund may apply.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you cannot provide 24-hour notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at support@myhomeright.net. We will review these cases individually and do our best to accommodate your situation.
